Registration Fees

Fees for our open courses are $250 per person for non-members and $200 per person for members. Additional testing fees apply for 410A certification, the EPA 608 exam and NATE exams.

Payment Policy
All payments must be made to EHCC prior to the start of the course.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of your registration fees, you must cancel a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the scheduled course date. If you cancel fewer than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled course date, you will be eligible for a partial refund via course credit only, less the $50 cancellation fee. For example, if a cancellation is made fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled training date, you will receive a $150 course credit, not a $200 credit.

Course credits can be used for any EHCC training seminars, testing and/or membership fees and must be used within 6 months of issue.

Reschedule and Substitution Policy

If you discover fewer than 10 days prior to a class you’re registered for that you will be unable to attend, you still have two options. You can send someone in your place (substitution) OR you may reschedule into a future class at no penalty. To exercise one of these options, you must contact EHCC 24 hours prior to start of the class.

No Show Policy

“No Shows” are those registrants who did not attend a course they registered for AND did not contact EHCC prior to the scheduled course date to cancel, reschedule or substitute. In No Show occurrences, registration fees will be considered forfeit and no refund or course credit will be issued.
