President at JB HVAC since 1990, Jim grew his business from a single van operation to one of South Jersey’s leading contractors for both residential and commercial needs. In his spare time, he shares his knowledge with New Jersey HVAC technicians as an instructor for EHCC.

Jim Burke has over 25 years experience in the residential heating and cooling business. He is owner/operator of JB HVAC INC, a leading HVAC contracting business in South Jersey. Since 2003, Jim has also taught for the Eastern Heating and Cooling Council. He currently holds the following industry Certifications:

• NATE (Air Conditioning Installation & Service, Heat Pump Installation & Service)
• Building Performance Institute Inc. (B.P.I.) certified for Envelope, Building Analyst and Heating
• Trane Comfort Specialist
