NJ HVACR License CEU Courses 2019
According to the requirements of the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Contractors, all licensed Master HVACR Contractors must successfully complete five (5) credits of continuing education at an approved course every biennial period in order to renew their license. (Note: Contractors applying for their first biennial renewal are exempt from this continuing education requirement.)
The State Board of Examiners has approved certain Continuing Education Sponsors to provide this continuing education instruction. Ed Janowiak, EHCC’s Technical Director, happens to be one of those Board-approved sponsors. See the full list of currently approved sponsors and instructors here. The Board maintains a list of approved courses at the Board offices and will furnish this information to master HVACR contractors upon request.
Eastern Heating & Cooling Council plans to continue to offer training in 2019 that fulfills the CEU requirement (in a one day seminar). We are currently awaiting approval from the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs’ State Board of Examiners of HVACR Contractors. Watch for our training calendar to be updated in the coming months.
